Elias Selwan is a Managing Director and senior engineering professional with extensive experience in electrical engineering, infrastructure, energy, and transportation systems. He holds a Master of Engineering in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from the Lebanese University, a Master of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Rutgers University, and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid. He is also a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the United States and a Member of the Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET).
Since 2020, Elias has served as Managing Director of ME Green in Lebanon, where he leads business strategy, operations, business development, contract acquisition, financial performance, and the execution of solar PV and infrastructure projects at EPC level.
Prior to joining ME Green, Elias held senior engineering and project management positions with Khatib & Alami, HDR Engineering in the USA, and RCG International. His project experience spans power supply systems, HV/MV/LV networks, substations, solar energy, railway electrification, traction power, ICT, and smart infrastructure. He has managed and contributed to major infrastructure and transportation projects across the Middle East and the United States, including rail and metro systems, power plants, and landport developments.
